is this correct ?
or does my "Lite_CFW" need to be in a seperate folder inside the dos folder ?

for whatever reason i was able to do 3 lite-on drives with the light being red on the CK3 lit and a fourth today with it blue. and i had no problem with the light being either color, mainly the red, i actually thought the primary color was red because when i first plugged it up it was red. . . clearly the button was pressed during shipment. . . so when it comes to the whole light thing, i dont know, it's weird

also, i used a screwdriver each time to bridge the connection. . .

Well, if you have it set to RED, it will try and set the drive to mode b, which the lite-on doesn't have. So there's no point in setting it to red. Plus, it could actually damage a drive it has a weak component.

Grats, Grassass.

Hey CoFree or Sedalius, you guys both said the led on the CK3 needed to be blue.
The guide on the CK3 site also says it needs to be blue for all non Hit drives.

The strange thing is, it would not work for me unless it was red. It's been like this for all of the LiteOns and BenQs I've done. I did my Hit before I got the CK3 (using the 360 to power it and Slax for mode B). I haven't done any Samsungs yet.

Another thing I found strange is that I never have to do the "PowerCycle/EjectHalfway" trick with BenQs. (done 3 so far)

Grassass, was your led Red or Blue when you finally succeeded?
