samsung Ts-h943 ms28f/w flashing prob.

Post by johnnyq113 »

i'm using

iprepv006
itreme 1.4
firmtool 1.2

well i set everything up going by the TUT.

boot from USb
iprep y to continue
drive is on
dsam 1234567 12345
see Pri master
10 sec trick ok works
but then its says finish rebbot pc doesnt give the drive key or states that the firmware is ready for flashing?

so i ignored that reboot pc and check for the dump files and see SAM-OFW
so reboot usb
iprep
drive on
fsam 1234567 12345
then SAM-CFW.bin does not exsits

icheck the the ixtreme 1.4 12x f/w with 360toolbox and the key where ffffffffffffffff

any idea? Thanks

firmtool did not run and build your hack firmware.
open your "ofw" and make sure it has a good key.
all the same letter or number is not a good key.

make sure all the drives are unhooked in your computer when you start on the iprep boot usb.
firmtool will not start if there is more than 1 sata drive hooked up.

make sure you get a good key from you dump before you flash or you will end up with a bricked drive if you flash in a firmware that does not have a good key

hey i got it to work dont know what was the problem but all i did was did it on another PC and it did everything perfectly like was suppose to. I guess there was a conflict between my onboard chipset and the pci chipset.
