jungle on windows 7

Hi if i try to put jungle flasher on my windows7 it says i need libusdo.dll
I noticed something of the same name in the downloaded files.do i need to do something with this to get jungle to work?Any help would be greatly received.please could u put it in as basic terms as i'm not the best on the computer side of things Thanks Jay
O.K I have now read that you take the file and open it and put it in the same directory as the jungle e.x.e does that mean just cut and paste next to portio folder?????

i copied the libusdo.dll file to the root of the folder that jungle flasher is in.
