benq wont flash 0800

i am trying to flash my benq to 0800 firmware i have done it loads of times before no problems but today for reason i click write choose the file with 0800 it comes up as eraseing the writing banks 1 then 2 then 3 then suddenly a little square in the centre saying 5 errors acured

try to flash in a firmware other than 0800 firmware
just any benq LT firmware

also get a new copy of the 0800 firmware
and try that one
