returning a spoofed drive

Hi when I messed up my lite on drive i spoofed a benq and since then have not been on live because of being banned.My question is if i put a lite on back in to the xbox
A what do i need to do to the drive E.G flash to ORF(don't know if i lost it when my last computer died) then to LT+
B If I put it back in without doing nothing to it will it be returned to stock and the can it be flashed or will it be banned
C should i get a stock second hand xbox and start again
I don't play my games on live,but watch AVI films which u have to be signed in to do so(something to do with codecs)and keep swapping with my lads stock is a pain also I cannot if hes playing on it

A. as long as the drive has all the correct informwation flashed to it then it doesnt matter if you flash stock firmware or custom firmware

B. theres a possibility it could get flagged for a ban, wouldnt see why it already hasnt, microsoft always manage to find a reason for banning someone once theve flashed their drive

C. pointless, your current console can be sorted out no problem
