Anyone know how to unbrick a dg-16d2s 0251

My lite drive doesn't get recognized in my bios anymore after a bad flash. It's a dg-16d2s with firmware 0251. I can't seem to unlock it with JF or dosflash. I tried Liteon erase in JF. It comes back with drive status 0x7f. Device intro failed. I have the key.

Liteon erase worked in JF my port was wrong. The same LO erase method in JF still works sorry. Its working again.
