cant get key from 7485 drive

right my drive as packed up it is a liteon 7485, i have a benq drive to replace it , the problem i have is i cant extract the key , i have a 360 usb pro and a probe v2 , i have cut the trace wires on the drive as i have done many times before but when i go through the process , click device intro , turn off ck3 , push down on probe v2 button , click yes turn on ck3 i get nothing just ...............................
i have checked the cuts and they are fine

sorted i had cut the V cut and went to far across the trace wire
