sputnik switch problem

hi i am trying one of these out at the moment on a 225 drive i have followed the instructions but i have run into a problem when i click device intro it is going straight to vendor mode it isnt asking me if i wish to send unlock comand , but when i click write to try it it tells me its locked am i doing something wrong

sorted now the switch was not soldered correctly
