i can say the new pioneer 217 drives are AWSOME.. i had to buy a new dvd burner voz my old LG(about 2-3 years old) had trouble burning and its really slow now..

anyways, i already have 15 backups done and no coasters yet... (knocks on wood)

does this mean that i can plug this into the usb port on the 360 and still beable to flash the drive and not have to open the 360 and hook it up the the computer??

im not sure what exactly it means..

or lets say i find a broken 360 but the drive works and its a benq, can i just swap it?

i dnt use a connectivety kit, can i still make this DIY probe work?

i was reading around and googleling and apparently you can flash/spoof the liteon as a benq or phillips drive..

its that possible and is it safe?
