360 lite on drive

where do u bridge 707 point to on the dvd drive? If you bridge the 707 point, couldnt you just use a sata cable to flash the drive?

you have to put a small amount across the 707 point
or use a probe

some people get a small bit of copper wire and bridge the connection using that, also putting celotape on top to keep the connections bridged lol, or you could use a flat head screwdriver to bridge them but you need a steady hand to keep the connection bridged :D

so if you use a bridge can you just sata cable to flash the drive or got to buy conivite kit

the bridging of the points just allows for the dump of the information to be possible. the sata cable only writes to the drive, you need to use the com port to read the drive if you use iprep and if you use jungleflasher it could be done through usb but you definitely need a connectvity kit of some sort. . .

Hello all, I am new here.after hours of searching I am going crazy :)

I really thought I have the benq drive till I noticed Yellow wires :)

So I saw the tut on this board for flashing the Liteon drive http://robinhoodsplayground.com/forum/v ... 195&t=7783" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

But I do not know how to find out what version of the lite on drive I have? (I probably have to disassemble the xbox for this right "")

Secondly this probe that is shown in this video is this the conivite kit ???

Where can I get this probe ??
