Iprep 10.7 liteon key problem

help anyone: iprep 10.7 and liteon 74850C DG-16D2S-------when i get to the part where its suppose to pull the keys off of the lite on drive it just sits there any idea why?
make sure your probe is in good working order
go through the normal process of elimination.
ck3 and probe
and or solder joint
reload iprep 10.7
make sure you are on the right com port
even try a different pc
