Just a word for the readers of this post the one thing that is missing from this tut is that you should after removing your box from the fire 
place in a freezer for at least 12 hours to lock in your FIX

i think this was dumb, the blow torch fix was better because atleast he was distributing the heat, this dude just let it sit there and beat it with a scissor handle. plus he damaged the rf modulator. . .

as much time as he spent cooking it i would have done the fix
