Replace Lite-on with Toshiba or Samsung drive

man do i need help I have the key for the Lite-on drive, but now the drive isn't working! I have a toshiba and a samsung drive would like to swap out the drives...can some one please let me know what to do this!

you will need to understand how to flash a samsung drive to spoof in a drive
this has to be a xbox 360 dvd drive.it cant be just a pc dvd drive
that is what you are talking about right
as long as you are talking about spoofing in a samsund 360 dvd drive into a console that had a lite-on dvd drive in it.
you can do it
you have to build your firmware with jungle flasher then flash it in with iprep
do this
make a iprep boot flash
in the backup folder make a folder named 1234567
then in that folder make a folder named 12345
in there put the hacked/spoofed firmware that you renamed to ' samCFW.bin "
with out the " " of course
then just flash it in like normal
by just running the fsam 1234567 12345

ok maybe I'm a little stupid, how can I do this: need better instructions and yes it's a xbox360 drive.

spoof with ixtreme. (whatever drive u are going to be using)
make the iprep flash.
And follow cofrees instructions man

get the dummy.bin file from your lite on.
spoof with ixtreme. (whatever drive u are going to be using)so if u are using a samsung use the samsung ixtreme 1.6fw This is done using jungle flasher
Save to file after thats done
make the iprep flash.
And follow cofrees instructions man

ok i've got the key spoof with the samsung drive...it's a file...but I'm lost on how to put the spoof file back to the drive. Some say that when in Iprep type rsam (1234567) (12345) and follow the instructions..but it will not let me type rsam..please help

if you are putting a samsung dvd drive in a console that had a lite on dvd drive
youneed to have you orig liteon key in the samsung firmware and that samsung firmware spoofed to a liteon
then
take that firmware and do this.

you need to be using iprep v9 for this
you dont want to read"r" the drive as we dont give a crap what is in it.
all we want to do if flash "f" the drive with the hacked,spoofed firmware you have made.
