Robin Hoods Playground

hi guys - i have my xbox360 connected to my pc monitor...a 15" tft lcd screen...its connected by vga on the monitor side and to hdmi to the xbox..i can get picture, but how do i connect my dell pc speakers to it so i can get sound...?..the dell speakers have their own plug and just a 3.5mm jack....which i connect to the side of the pc monitor as it has headphone jack on the side..or do i need something else..ta

vga does not carry sound.you are losing the sound when it goes from hdmi to vga
i dont know of a way to hook pc speakers up to the 360

need a different monitor or sound system
