Benq back to stock

Just a quick question. I have done the dash update and flashed to Lt 2.0. Now i want to go back to stock because i have another x-box i wanna use to play back-up discs and use this one for online play. What iam confused about is what firmware i use to go back to stock. Do i use my original dumped firmware? Don't know cause i read that with new update that it changes your drives firmware. Could someone please clear this up for me. Would be much appreciated.

just flash it to you drive like you would with any firmware
make sure you spoof you key and drive info into the firmware before flashing
