Robin Hoods Playground

extracted the key, kamakazie method, removed laser ribbons, replaced after key extract, did not flash a f/w. put it back together and started, now tray ejects rapidly on start up and power light flashes rapidly, will not play a game. took apart again, ran jf everything shows up fine but when i try to eject tray it cycles and tries to open but the tray will not open. any help appreciated
