xbox 360 lite-on

hi guy's i have a xbox with a lite-on dive the drive has packed up i have a spear benQ dive can i put the benQ init and play back up's when i flash it or has the new dashboard stopped all that.

The new dash will reflash your drive. Since your original drive is a benq your going to have issues.
Basically the console will either cancel the update before the drive flashing, or it will attempt to flash lite-on FW to the benq drive. Neither case is a good thing, lite-on FW on a benq drive will basically brick the drive, benq's are somewhat recoverable but your going to be hard pressed to bring it back from that.

sorry if i did not explain my self properly the original was the lite-on not the benQ will this work if i swap the key and but benQ CFW on the drive

you cant spoof in a different dvd drive
well you can but it will not play the new games with the ap25 check
