flashing a lite on 74850c com problems

i can only pick up one com port on dvdkey 32 and the status says not available i think this is my problem why it wont read from the probe. any help please thanks jay
a little more info would be good man
are you using a via card or do you have onbo sat
you should have more than 1 port no matter
one of the new flashing tools maybe something you should look into getting
uses a usb port
