Robin Hoods Playground

Hey guys,

For about a week now my dsl has been uploading pages really slow (this is affecting my whole network. 4 computers run through a switch). Almost feels like I'm on dial-up. I used to only have it slow down on me during peak hours, but its driving me crazy. I ran a speed test at speakeasy.net and the numbers came back 164 kbs down and 40.5 kbs up. Does anyone have any suggestions on what would be causing this slowdown? I'm wondering if it could be something in my switch.

hi i know its a late reply but just wondering if you sorted it out, that seems really really slow, it happened to me few times asswell but i just reset my router or power off it and it comes back to normal speed. also sometimes when i used to get slow speed it was to do with xp and if i used vista it was much quicker, if you did sort it out how did you do it.

I was something to do with the ISP. It just magically went away!
