I have a Samsung MS25 with LT 1.0

I've read alot of forums about samsung drives not doing the AP2.5 checks. I read on a forum that playing fable 3 on a samsung DOESN'T work, and gives the Dirty disc error. Maybe because of the mandatory dash update, which is stupid, and i hope someone, maybe the abgx360 team, can do something about disabling that dash update for newer games (fable 3, ACB)

I'm not updating my console just yet.
I want to try fable 3 and ACB so bad on my samsung, i just dont want the new dash. Argh.

Oh and does anyone know if there will a release of LT+ for the samsung drive?

Fable 3 wont make you update.

AC and NFS will though.

Samsung's will skip the check, I have 2 consoles with samsung's. One has a sammy in it, and the other has a benq. Fable 3, and NFS work in both of them.

As long as your OSIG is samsung ap 2.5 will be skipped.

Will it still flag my offline xbox?
If it does then what would happen if i put my profile back to my online xbox? Would that xbox be flagged too?

Well the way it works is the new dashboard update has the ap 2.5 data, the games only have a call to the data.

So what that means is when you start a game before the game will launch the game will call the ap 2.5 check from the dashboard.

If you are not on the 12611 dashboard (newest dash) when you launch a game, it will attempt to call ap 2.5 but it cant because it doesnt exist. So it will just be skipped, you will not be flagged.

Anyhow, if you get flagged and M$ is going to ban you, they only ban your console not your profile or gamertag.

oh, i'm new to robinhoodsplayground which is awesome btw.
