Robin Hoods Playground

Hi I have downloaded the new jungle for the benq lt flash but jungle wont open and I get the message " jungleflasher has encountered a problem and needs to close."
I downloaded it from jungle web page,so I know its good,but do I need anything different on my computer to make it work.
If not any Ideas as to what to do as I'm stuck and iprep doesn't flash Lt yet. Thanks-J P.S forgot to say the last version of jungle worked fine before I deleted it!

Are you on win7/vista? If so are you running in compatibility &/or as admin?
