Small problem with TS-H943 flashing.

Hi Folks.

Having a bit of a problem with flashing my samsung. I have able to read the firmware however junglerflasher keeps freezing when i try to write. I have a Via 6421 and i have removed the drivers. Anybody have any ideas why this keeps happening. I should point out i am using the most recent junglerflasher and i have tried a few previous versions aswell. Also jungler flasher seems to freeze at random points when writing. Usually after it starts but sometimes it gets very close to the end before freezing. Thanks for any help and sugestions

have you tried a different firmware
try the original firmware and/or a different hacked firmware

Yeah i tried different firmware and also putting the original firmware back on with no luck :S

There are three connection points on the via6421 card, have you tried hooking the sata cable to any other points? It is worth a shot to try the others.....

Had another TS-H943 drive laying a round. used that instead. worked fine. strange indeed....

it could be a bad flash chip in the drive
that is every rare but it does happen
