AT&T has released an iphone specific application that is supposed to help them identify when you lose coverage/service. The problem? When you click send report...you are usually in a place there is no coverage -hence the reason you lost service in the first place-

It'll probably just send the log when it gets back in service, so if AT&T looks at the dropped calls map, there would probably be a circle of dropped calls, and the centre of the circle should be where the dropped calls happened.
