Get your kinect pictures off your console HD

This is a vid to show you how to get your pictures that a kinect has took of you or yours in game play.
The 2 programs you have to have are usb xtaf xplorer v44 and KAExtract you will find them both
in the 360 program thread.
You will also need a usb flash drive.

Also I will say sorry for my rant about M$
it just pisses me off some of the dumb ass shit they do.

If they were thinking they would have some kind of kinect portal on xbox.com where you can view all your pictures taken in kinect adventures download them to your pc or share them on facebook twitter etc etc. Typical microsoft...

of course ill never have my kinect hooked up to the online console
i know they are/will keep,share,and use the pictures and info they get from it any way they want to.
if any have forgot have a read over This

they do have a way to get your pictures .
first you have to be on live
then you upload them from the console
then you have to sign in at kinectshare.com (i think thats right)
then you can save the picture onto your pc

that has always been M$ problem
they want to tell you how to do something
when they should care more for the best way to make a customer happy

the whole thing is its easy as crap to simply have a small convert program that will convert the picture
and move it to a usb flash
no live and not dsl needed

and with all the hacking that has been going on
who in the hell would trust M$ to have your info secure
i mean think about it guys
we know M$ to be lairs if for no other reason than the lies they told about the xbox 360 having hardware trouble.

Yea, your right, basically anyone without xbox live is technically unable to get their pics. Instead they need to jump through a bunch of hoops and crap just to get pics
